People & accountability

Confirm who will deliver the work.

Noko Mohoto is NMT’s founder and public contact. NMT’s technology scope covers workflow mapping, application design, engineering and integration. The engagement identifies the people responsible for delivery, security, infrastructure and support.

Larger projects may require additional engineers or specialist partners. Their roles, relevant experience and availability need to be confirmed before NMT commits to the delivery plan.

Team & delivery responsibilities

Independent creative & marketing partners

These are separate partner organisations. Their involvement is optional and scoped for the engagement; they are not represented as NMT employees or an enterprise engineering team.

Nexium Graphics · Creative partner

Brand identity, graphic design and visual creative support, brought into a project when required.

GatorScale Media · Marketing partner

Marketing strategy, paid social campaigns and lead generation, scoped separately around the client’s needs.

Enterprise engagement

A delivery plan before a delivery promise.

  1. 01

    Discover & assess fit

Identify outcomes, users, existing systems, data sensitivity, procurement requirements and constraints. Agree the scope and commercial terms of any discovery engagement before it begins.

  2. 02

    Define the delivery plan

Confirm architecture, integrations, delivery phases, named responsibilities and available capacity. Record acceptance criteria, security requirements, dependencies and pricing in the proposal.

  3. 03

    Build & review

Develop against the agreed scope with review points, testing and controlled changes. Arrange any specialist assurance or independent testing required by the engagement.

  4. 04

    Launch, hand over & support

Agree migration, training, access, documentation and launch checks. Confirm ownership, operating responsibilities, recovery arrangements and any ongoing support in writing.

Evidence to request & confirm

Build the supplier review around your requirements.

Share your checklist early. We will confirm the current materials available, their scope and any additional work required. The items below describe what to establish for an engagement; availability is confirmed through that review.

People & delivery capacity

Named project responsibilities, relevant experience, availability, specialist involvement and continuity arrangements for the proposed scope.

References & project evidence

Relevant demonstrations and delivery records, plus client references where permission and availability allow. Published case studies describe features and capabilities; measured outcomes need supporting evidence.

Security & data processing

Hosting location, data flows, access controls, subprocessors, recovery requirements and processing terms. Confirm the status and scope of any requested independent tests, certification or insurance.

Support & commercial commitments

Support hours, response and recovery targets, escalation, service levels, ownership, licences, handover and change control. These are project-specific commitments to agree.

Bring the ambition. Start with the requirements.

Share your objectives, current environment and procurement needs. We’ll discuss fit, discovery and the delivery capacity your project requires.
