Data Retention Policy

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as law or contract requires.
Our retention approach
- Website enquiries: kept while the enquiry is active and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted if no engagement results
- Client and project records: kept for the duration of the engagement and thereafter as required for legal, tax, and warranty purposes
- Financial records: kept for the periods required by South African law
- Access credentials for client systems: removed or rotated when an engagement ends
Retention in client systems
Systems we build can include retention rules appropriate to the client's industry and jurisdiction — for example automatic archiving, scheduled deletion, or record-age reporting. Retention periods for client data inside client systems are set by the client, and we help plan them where required.
