Leshilo Attorneys: A law-office operating system with a protected public boundary
A law-office operating system with a protected public boundary
Client project
Client system built for Leshilo Attorneys. The public website is visible; matter records and staff workspaces remain private.

The problem
What the organisation needed.
A law firm handles sensitive matters, deadlines, and client information that cannot live in scattered files and inboxes. Leshilo Attorneys needed one controlled place to run case work, while ensuring its public presence could never expose confidential office data.
What we built
One connected operating environment.
A private law-office operating system connecting matters, consultations, legal deadlines, documents, client updates and protected public intake.
A law-office operating system with a deliberately separate public presence: case work stays inside the firm while protected public intake flows into the team’s queue.

System spotlight
A hard boundary between the public site and the law office
The public site holds no matter data, staff sessions, or database. It sends only protected enquiries and digital-card events through narrow, origin-checked endpoints to the staff-facing system—keeping the public surface and confidential legal work deliberately separate.
A workflow inside the system
- 01
Receive
Protected enquiries enter an assignable staff queue.
- 02
Coordinate
Matter records connect clients, consultations and documents.
- 03
Act
Legal deadlines, tasks and reviewed client updates guide the work.
- 04
Trace
Permission decisions and staff activity leave an audit history.
The working parts.
The capabilities below describe what was built for this project. Your organisation’s system is scoped around its own people, rules and workflows.
Direct public-page editing was deliberately not added here. The public site is static and isolated by design; confidential case work remains on the staff side of the boundary.
The result
What the system makes possible.
The firm can follow a matter from intake to ongoing case work in one permissioned workspace. Deadlines, documents and reviewed client communication remain connected to the matter, while the public website stays separate from confidential office data.
This describes delivered operational capability. It is not a quantified claim about time saved, revenue or customer satisfaction.
