People and responsibilities
Plan staff, teams, departments and access around who does the work, who approves it and who needs an overview.
Noko Mohoto Technologies builds connected business systems for organisations in South Africa and beyond. Bring your teams, jobs, records, approvals and reporting into a shared operation, with the modules and integrations your business actually needs.
Enterprise resource planning, or ERP, connects work across business functions. For your business, that might mean a client request, the team delivering it, the documents they need and the manager approving the next stage all use the same record. We design that connection around your processes, starting with the parts that cause the most repeated work or uncertainty.
These are starting points for scoping. We agree the features, controls and connections your organisation needs before development.
Plan staff, teams, departments and access around who does the work, who approves it and who needs an overview.
Connect enquiries, customer records, assignments, progress and delivery so a job can be followed across departments.
Keep files, requests, approval stages and activity history attached to the records they belong to.
Define dashboards and reports around actual decisions: outstanding work, stalled approvals, workload and agreed business measures.
Scope quotes, invoices, payment status or purchasing workflows where needed. Accounting rules and financial-system connections are agreed separately.
Assess which tools to keep, what data should move between them and how existing records could be cleaned, mapped and imported.
For example, a service business might begin with the journey from a new request to completed work. This is a planning example; the final modules follow your own process.
Capture a request once, link it to a client and give a responsible team the information needed to start.
Connect tasks, documents, handovers and approval decisions to the same job rather than re-entering them in each department.
Give managers agreed status reports and a traceable record of where work waits, changes or completes.
A custom system is worth exploring when your processes cross teams and standard tools leave important gaps. We first establish whether you need a connected system, an integration or a smaller operational tool.
This is a custom development service. A complete accounting, payroll or manufacturing suite is not automatically included. Specialist requirements, integrations, data migration, hosting and ongoing support are assessed and priced in the project scope.
Yes. Noko Mohoto Technologies is a South African custom software company building connected operational systems around each organisation's processes. We scope the teams, records, workflows, reports and integrations with you before development.
No. This service is for a system designed and developed around an agreed set of requirements. Aliana is our demonstration platform for exploring possible system layouts and workflows; it is not a promise that every ERP module already exists.
Only if a separately agreed scope supports that decision. Often it makes sense to keep a specialist system and connect operational records to it. We assess available interfaces, access permissions, data definitions and the work needed to maintain an integration.
Data migration can be included after reviewing the source files, record quality, volume and permissions. The scope should define field mapping, duplicate handling, a trial import and who checks that the migrated records are correct.
The quote and schedule depend on the agreed modules, user roles, integrations, migration and rollout. We first map a useful initial release, then price that scope. A phased project can introduce further workflows after the first release is in use.
You can explore the Aliana demo and request a free preview. Where practical, the preview focuses on an agreed part of your operation so you can discuss the workflow before committing to a full build.
Tell us which teams, records and decisions need to connect. We will help define a useful first phase and, where practical, preview part of it with you.
