For client systems

The specific hosting, email, and infrastructure providers for a client system are chosen with the client during planning, taking into account cost, reliability, data location, and the client's compliance needs. Where a client requires it, the agreed list of subprocessors for their system is documented in the engagement, along with any cross-border data considerations.

We select providers with security-conscious reputations and avoid sending data to third parties that have no role in delivering the service.
